Booth Numbers:
We will assign Booth Numbers the week of the event based on electricity needs and logistics. It is your responsibility to inform us prior to Sunday, July 21, 2019, if you have specific considerations (accessibility / mobility concerns or electrical / water needs) that we need to be aware of or addressed.

Venue 481 / Walnut Creek Venue, LLC is not responsible for any accidents by Customers, Guests, Vendors and Event Staff on property. By completing the registration form and sending payment, Venue 481 / Walnut Creek Venue, LLC is released of any and all liability of Client, Client’s guest and Client’s subcontracted vendors.
Venue 481 / Walnut Creek Venue, LLC is not responsible of any of Vendor’s property, any of Vendor guest’s property that are damaged, missing or stolen while on Venue 481 / Walnut Creek Venue, LLC’s property.
We are utilizing both social media and printed marketing material to promote this event. Over the next couple of months our posters and handbills will be spread out throughout the Ozarks to ensure we have plenty of event guests and vendors at this year's festival. However, you are welcome to post/share and help distribute our materials as much as you would like.

Walnut Creek Venue, LLC is required by the Missouri's Department of Revenue to collect "Sales/Use Tax" (6.308%) from all Vendors that utilize/rent facility space at Venue 481 at Walnut Creek.
This 6.308% tax rate is based on Webster County Missouri taxation rate.
Please see Vendor Application Form for more details. No application will be accepted without this being included in your final Booth Investment.

You are welcome to set up an appointment via (email) to meet at Venue 481 at Walnut Creek to make cash or check payment in person.
We are currently working on a credit card & PayPal option as well and should have up and running by Sunday, June 2nd, 2019.
Vendors are not permitted to resell other items purchased from other vendors at the same show or sell any merchandise bearing Junk, Jive an Wail Festival!
Venue 481 / Walnut Creek Venue staff reserves the right to demand removal of any item which may not be in keeping with the spirit of inclusion.
